Their process once setup is very scalable and doesn't require much oversight. As it can happen, they did not include us on a monthly pay app (during the middle of the project). When the payment didn't arrive as expected, we sent a little notice and received a personal apology with the reasoning and payment very timely thereafter. Overall a good team to deal with!

I got really lucky finding Bill Glick (via one of those Valpak coupons you get in the mail, if you can believe it). Top notch performance in every area. He was quick to respond to my initial request. Was out the next day and had an estimate to me before the end of that day. Where other contractors quoted me a higher price and longer lead time, Bill's quote was incredibly reasonable and he was able to complete the work much quicker than the competition. The two men that came to our house represented his company well. They were on-time, extremely courteous and completed the work in a professional manner. I highly recommend this contractor!

I really like how this company insures all subs are paid. Too many times other large construction companies pay the main and don't worry about the subs on a project.

Customer paid with a credit card 2 days after we shipped. Previous experience with this customer has been good. No issues.
