Read recent reviews submitted by contractors in North Dakota about owners and contractors.
We had issues with their big headed superintendent. The guy had an ego the size of the great outdoors and a brian the size of a peanut. We usually pass on anything A & P. The climb isn't worth the view, so to say.
Professional, informative, integrity, and service.
We work with a lot of other General Contractor who have a hard time turning projects over to the owners on time. This cost us sub-contractors a lot of additional money. No issues with FCI. They're a class act and they treat people with respect.
Payment process is normal for a large company. The speed is slow but they are good on their word.
Put lots of extra money in your proposals when dealing with PCL. They can be bullies if they get in a jam and it always eneds up costing the Subcontractor.
