Halo Marx
Read recent reviews submitted by contractors in New Jersey about owners and contractors.
You have to run after them and they keep on juggling around with you constantly. It's almost impossible to get payment from them. They always have different excuses.
Terrible to subcontractors even worse to tenants of property on military bases. The leaders of this company should be held legally responsible for the poor conditions their negligence led to.
Pay terms are extremely slow, paperwork is difficult and scutinized relentlessly and rejected for the smallest detail. Rules and procedures are constantly changing.
Timber Ridge lacks integrity. Payment is very slow. if you are an interior finish contractor, do not work with this company. You will pay the price in back charges for their lack of schedule management on the front end.
Always paid on time.
