Great GC to work with!
Great contractor with amazing people on their staff. Very honest when it comes to change orders and always pays on time.
No payment made -- Filed Mechanics lein due to none payment and no return of calls or text.
They do not pay their bills on time, nor do they adhere to the agreed upon terms.
I worked with them on roofing for the Wichita KS 3 story retirement community. They ripped the previous roofer up and down, claiming they walked off the job. Wow. Happy to help out. Luckily, I did not have the capital or the credit line to get the materials. Made them buy them. So we did the work, I told them I had to be paid at 30 days for labor. They ghosted me for two weeks after the 30 day mark. I hounded people relentlessly to get paid 35k for labor, and we were supposed to come back and finish the rest when they got the rest of the framing done. I got paid all except 10% retainer, then they said to come back in a month. They kept saying next month for 6 months, then found someone else to complete the contract without paying me the retainer. They owe me $3.5k without intent to pay. This is why they take soo long to do anything. Trying to create profit with shady loopholes. Welcome to corporate America, am I right? Don't give them bids. Save your time.
