Subcontractors should take into account HP has a laborious payment process. A multi-step checklist, requiring subcontractors to obtain multiple notery stamps for every progress payment. In our case, we were not informed of these requirements when our proposal was accepted. HP had proven to be stringent in its own bureaucratic process. Get everything in writing - no matter what.
