Great team, fast pay, simple process. So far we are 3 months in to our first job with these folks. Will update at the end of the project.
Defaulted on two jobs that we were doing for them at the same time. We did manage to get paid for the one because it was a city project and they wound up paying us directly.
Ryan Companies requested additional testing due to shoddy and failed workmanship the project. They passed along the drawings indicating the locations of additional testing, and scheduled the work. They hadn't taken the time to review our invoices for payment for five months from invoicing and as of six, we still have not received payment.
W/T gets in the way of sub-contractors. Instead of clearing the path. They make it more difficult to get a project done. We never want to work with them again.
120 days+ terms on payment. Ridiculous. Only allow once per month billing. Sometimes only give you 15 days to get invoices in, and then you have to hope that whoever is at the other end processes it before their internal cut-off date. Horrible. Would not work for again if we had a choice, but a long-time client switched to this management company and now we are stuck. Not to mention like everyone else mentioned, we have to pay them for the software/portal to get paid.
