Read recent testimonials submitted by contractors in Arkansas about owners and contractors.
Their process once setup is very scalable and doesn't require much oversight. As it can happen, they did not include us on a monthly pay app (during the middle of the project). When the payment didn't arrive as expected, we sent a little notice and received a personal apology with the reasoning and payment very timely thereafter. Overall a good team to deal with!
Aerojet Rocketdyne being a national defense contractor does have some of the stricter regulations for onsite personnel and access as well as for progress payments and especially final payment. They also require a site specific safety plan and the filling out and return of daily safety logs but overall the experience of with Aerojet Rocketdyne was good.
Jeremy and Arnold are good people. Arnold is the best concrete guy out there. Good family. They do ALOT of Walmart work and multi talented.
Wurzel followed through on all pay apps to date, and the folks I have met from their management are solid. We will be looking to work with them again.
One of our BEST customers
