The Warren County Clerk’s recording requirements are as follows:

1. 8017 a & b (Sec. 161 of Executive Law): State and County agencies and officers thereof may be exempt from fees, except in actions on behalf of NYS Educational Services Corp – default student loans.

2. 8018 c: All papers filed in an action in the Supreme or county Court submitted to the Clerk of the Court shall have the assigned index Number endorsed on such paper.

3. 8019 b: The Clerk may require all documents to be legible.

4. 8019 e: Documents may not exceed 9” x 14” (except for filed survey maps); print size may not be smaller than 8 point type.
