E-Recording allows to electronically submit recordings of land documents, skipping the trip to the office. Currently, the Saratoga County Clerk’s Office offers two registered electronic recording facilitators as shown below.

Saratoga County public records may also be viewed online. To apply for online access, fill out and submit the Online Records Application Approval of the online application may take 1-2 business days.
