Lien eFiling facilitates the electronic filing of lien documents via the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority eFile portal at https://efile.gsccca.org/Home.aspx. The Authority can accept lien documents for filing on behalf of participating counties using two different methods:

METHOD 1: Interested filers can contact one of the value added submitters listed below, who have demonstrated the ability to submit lien documents through the Authority portal. Payment for filings will be handled through an agreement with the selected value added submitter.

METHOD 2: All payments for filings submitted directly through the Authority eFile portal must be paid by credit card, bank account ACH transfer or escrow account. Note that a 3.5% transaction fee is applied to credit card payments and a $1.00 transaction fee is applied to bank account ACH transfers to cover costs.

Every user must have an account to view and print images. The monthly charge for a regular account is $11.95. The cost to subscribe for a Single-Use account is a one-time activation fee of $5.00. The images may be viewed without charge and may be printed for a charge of $0.50 per page. Any method of accessing the images other than by printing is strictly prohibited.
