Finished a job two weeks ago for a customer and she is refusing to pay the final balance. Is it too soon to file a lien in Kansas?

KansasA contractor filed a fraudulent lien against my house in 2018. The lien includes work that was never at all done by him, work that was done but never approved by myself or my insurance company, and work that is so very poorly done it was considered not structurally sound by an unbiased structural engineer. His lien was never enforced.
I have filed a claim against this contractor for fraud. Can I file against the attorney who filed this lien for him? His attorney obviously did no research, asked no questions, before filing this lien which also bears his, the attorney’s, own name on it as well… ???

KansasHired a Pool builder He has done a horrible job. We paid 75% . He is demanding his balance and its not done. He added more concrete charges that are not even correct nor did we agree to either. We have to tear it all out and start over. We are in Kansas. Our city inspectors say he has NO pool license, no bond nothing with them.

KansasVehicle was being worked on. payments were made for work being done. Owner claimed there was still money owed. They obtained a replacement title without notice to the owner of the vehicle who has the original title and sold the vehicle. No notice was given to the owner of the vehicle. It's not know who signed the replacement title. No mechanic's lien was filed. Was the vehicle illegally sold and can the owner get the vehicle back?

KansasI am working for an austrian based company and we want to do electrical installation in the U.S. (especially in Kansas). However, not our employees will do the installation, but rather employees from our suppliers.
