Vehicle was being worked on. payments were made for work being done. Owner claimed there was still money owed. They obtained a replacement title without notice to the owner of the vehicle who has the original title and sold the vehicle. No notice was given to the owner of the vehicle. It's not know who signed the replacement title. No mechanic's lien was filed. Was the vehicle illegally sold and can the owner get the vehicle back?
