Payment Profiles: Uploading Projects and Improving Payment Score
Why should you add projects to your profile?
One key way to improve your Payment Profile score is to add projects to your profile.
Your payment score is affected by available projects associated with contractors — so you can improve your payment score by creating a free Levelset account and entering past projects where there was no slow payment or nonpayment.
How to submit projects to add to your profile:
- Email importprojects@levelset.com to request to upload projects to your profile.
- A team member will verify your user ID on your Levelset account, then send you a spreadsheet to fill out with the projects that you would like to add.
- Send the completed spreadsheet back via email. We will process the request within 10 business days.
