ColoradoI am a sub who hasnt been paid in about 3 months. I want to enforce lien. My question is how long do they have to pay after i enforce lien?
ColoradoI am here because Discount Dumpsters, LLC has used your service to file a Notice Of Intent To Lien. My Tenant used said company for having a dumpster placed on the public street so he could dispose of personal property. There was no construction work going on, and I was never a party to the agreement. When the company went to pick up the dumpster a car was parked in front of it and so they could not pick it up. They charged the tenant an extra $200 (above the $450 already paid for the service) for having to return on a different day. Tenant disputed the $200 with their credit card company and were refunded the charge. Then the company used your services to seend me the Notice of Intent.
Since I was not a party to this and as my tenant was not acting as a "Subcontractor" and since this was for personal purposes of the tenant, am I at all liable as the Property owner. Does Discount Dumpsters, LLC have the right to file a lien? If the lien is filed will the amount of lien be increased by filing fees, interest etc?
PS, I have used the comments section of levelset website to mention these things. Can I presume that my comments have been passed onto Discount Dumpsters, LLC?

ColoradoI worked on this job with my helper for 4 days and then was released by the owner. She wanted a person who only did tile work to finish this job. ColoradoWe sent a Notice of Intent to Lien on 12/17/20 for a project located in Avon, Colorado. This was a 10 day notice. I am wondering what day an actual lien would need to be filed given the upcoming holiday and possible Colorado state office closures. The 10th day (12/27/20) falls on a Sunday, and there might also be closures on 12/24 & 12/25.
ColoradoWe are a subcontractor who completed a job this month (September). We have one invoice that has not been paid since May, and another invoice that hasn't been paid since June. Is it best to group these amounts together into one demand, or send letters separately for each invoice considering their due dates were separate?

ColoradoWe are a supplier of engineered wood products. Most of our projects are direct delivery to a jobsite that has an address that can be used to put a Lien in place if needed. Recently we have started to supply bundles of material to lumberyards in which there would be no direct connection to a specific job address. In these circumstances, do we have any Lien rights? I believe the answer is no since we do not have a direct connection to the material being incorporated into the building, but just want to confirmation that would be correct. Thank you!
