slow payer. they don't process change orders on time and all are running 90+days. have to wait another 90 days to get paid. make partial payments on invoices. takes forever to get official change order and reflected on the contract. change order have already been performed and completed.

They do not like to pay, they do not respond to emails if you ask questions about pay and they never pay what you summit. Every check is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get.

The project managers are trained to never let Nan pay for any oversight issues even when they're at fault. The subs are treated poorly and foot the bill for any cost overruns. They have full time lawyers on staff so good luck taking them to court without a battle and large sums of legal expenses.

Very corrupt and shady company. Stopped paying us mid way thru job and when we pulled off the job they offered jobs to our crews to work directly for them. Had to go above them to the project owner to get paid and owner had already paid DCK for our invoices. Really low life company.
