Recent Review a year ago

They ask to have all work complete, plus ask for additional work. Then when it is time to pay, they take anywhere from 60 - 90 days. and on Retainage, forget it, they want to wait until your warranty time runs out, 1-year, then they may or may not pay your retainage. Good Luck with these guys. Have to file liens continuously.
