The company is very professional, however the lack the ability to pay on time. They are ALWAYS 90+. If you have worked with them in the past you know you have to be patient with these people. If you have a big project, make sure you read the fine print. Also, they charge YOU a fee to get paid. Make you you add that fee to your bid.

Material and labor requested with urgency due to mismanaged project site. Payments are processed for urgent delivery of services and material. All issued invoices for change order approval discarded with unfounded back charges and claims. Change orders are processed min in eight weeks and paid in 12 to 14 weeks while additional orders for repairs are required daily without an organized order process. Work often requested by phone messages and verbal exchange in order not to leave email trail.
