I had a Sub-subcontractor send an intent to lien. We got them paid and they sent me the unconditional waiver. Are we OK legally at this point or do we need anything else from their attorney?

FloridaWe are a product supplier. Customer refused to pay for months. We filed a lien and and now they have paid and want the lien released. They are stating that neither they nor the GC will reimburse us about $400 for our filing and release expenses. Can I legally require them to reimburse before releasing the lien? CaliforniaRoofing company came out to assess my roof for repairs back in 2020. The insurance adjuster also came out. The roofing and restoration company were responsible for replacing my roof and a window that was leaking. They finally got around to replacing the roof, but never did the work or came out to repair the leaking window. It's 2022 and my window is still not fixed, and they are requesting that I send them the last portion of the money that the insurance company sent me to have the window fixed. They have not sent me a copy of the contract, or I don't have any written notices that the company has claimed to have sent me. It's been over 2 years and now I get this letter in the mail that seems threatning and overwhelming. Stating there is a lien against my home and now they will be proceeding to forclose on my home. What are my rights?
TexasI have a couple of liens already filed in the county clerk's offices in Texas. They have been just sitting there with no changes made to the properties. My health is declining and there is a possibility that I may pass away before these liens are paid. I would like to know if there is a organization or induvial person that would be interested in buying these liens from me and they collect from the property owners when the time is presented. ? I realize I would be selling the liens for less than the amount the liens are to be getting when they are paid.
TexasI am a homeowner. I hired a draftsperson to draw up my floor plans and elevations for a small addition on my home. I have an architectual degree. The draftsperson identified himself as an architectual designer/drafter. I signed a contract with him to do so. At our first in person meeting and his first visit to the site, the draftsperson showed up with 3 sets of floor plans and elevations that he alone had drawn up without meeting with me nor visiting the site nor using my drawings as requested. He demanded full payment before he would continue work on the project to integrate my floor plans, elevations and design ideas. He left the meeting in an angry state after I said he had not listened to me nor produced any work that I would find able to use. WIthin 20 minutes of leaving my home he sent a email, blaming me for everything, calling me names and threatening to sue me unless I paid him in full. I responded, with a request for mediation. He subsequently ignored my request and reportedly filed a lien and sent me a notarized copy of doing this. I want to fight this lien filing also believe his is misrepresenting his credientials and behaved in a scary and unprofessional manner. I am 67 years old and felt scared in response to his presence in my home. What do I do?
MinnesotaWork was completed and paid in full 11/22/2017. Today, 12/6/2019, I receive an email and text from the contractor telling me I owe $3500 and he will put a lien on my property. This was an insurance claim paid in full 2 years ago.

An unlicensed contractor filed a fraudulent lien on my property. It has been over 6 months since the lien was filed and he hasn't initiated a lawsuit/judgement. I would like assistance with sending the contractor a demand to release the lien.
