We received a workorder from an insurance company to provide a leak detection for our insured Luci Cardona. After the detection they approved us to do the repair work-the cost of the repair work was $7,400. After contacting the insurance company they notified us they paid the insured directly. Upon reaching out to the insured- i found the insured was actually deceased and the nephew opened a claim underneath the insureds name/policy ( the insurance company was aware). Long story short- Customer filed a claim with insurance, had work done, and now isn't paying. Not only not paying us, but the home is on the verge of foreclosure, the customer has filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy as well. I will be filing the complete lien here shortly.
