Do not answer phones and slow with payment. Have been attempting to reach them for payment for months now. All extensions and phone numbers do not answer. Even the owner Oscar Davila does not pick up the phone.

I have worked with FGC on several large projects and find them to be a very honest and dependable company. Policy is very simple and pay is prompt.

Material and labor requested with urgency due to mismanaged project site. Payments are processed for urgent delivery of services and material. All issued invoices for change order approval discarded with unfounded back charges and claims. Change orders are processed min in eight weeks and paid in 12 to 14 weeks while additional orders for repairs are required daily without an organized order process. Work often requested by phone messages and verbal exchange in order not to leave email trail.

In an industry where Most GC's are "Pay when Paid", it can be difficult for some to differentiate between a GC being slow to pay, versus an Owner being slow to pay. Stout has ALWAYS been very prompt to pay our invoices, and is great at communicating anything that may slow down that payment.

This company is the most mismanaged excuse for a company I have every worked with. A 3 month restaurant build is going on 7 months and is currently on it's 3rd project manager. Job had multiple change orders and original PM never submitted change orders to owner for approval. Cloud breached their own contract with us and terminated said contract to try to get out of paying for work completed in October......it's now February.
