Excellent company to work with. Have worked with them on numerous projects large and small. I always look forward to working with them because they are easy to work with. Al of their people have been courteous, they pay timely and if a payment drags, usually retention, they will keep you up to date on it. They are one of my favorite GC's.

What out for them trying to change payment terms after contract has been executed and work has been completed. They were past due paying invoice and now coming back to us and holding our payment hostage unless we sign a new Subcontractor Agreement, months after the job was completed and payment was due.

They pay pretty well. It took quite a few months to get the retention released (I believe because the overall job was not quite complete yet.) We would do business with them again!

It is nice that you can speak to a person. It would be nice if when this GC uses Textura for payments, the sub would NOT have to send the same documents multiple times to multiple people if loaded within Textura already. VERY friendly staff and very responsive to payment inquiries.
