Unpaid balance. Completed work for a company 85 days ago. This job was sub out to me. There are 4 more unpaid ones this one hit 85 days.
WashingtonYou answered the question about which sate to file in, but we now have been told the company is in chapter 11. Should we proceed with the lien?

WashingtonWe are based in Florida but currently have a job in Washington state. The NTO I sent was a Florida form and now the Spokane airport has paid the GC, but prompt payment has not been issued to us (sub-subcontractor). The only property we can lien in the airport, even though they have paid, but I want to make sure 1. we are legally able to since I filed NTO on a Florida form and 2. which intent form to send the airport - the Florida one or the Washington state one, since the Florida NTO was filed.

WashingtonI was hired by a property mngt company that I have worked for for over three years, we have an ongoing contract for services that names me as an authorized vendor. I started the job 8-14-17, emailed a notice to owner 11-20-17 and completed the job 10-6-17, sent a notice of intent 11-28-17.
The property mngt company is claiming they are agent for owner, I have not had any contact with property owner, mngt company will not provide contact information for owner.
WashingtonWe are a material supplier of aggregates and ready mix. We have a customer that provided us with an incorrect address when they placed an aggregate order. Our delivery driver did not notice when delivered as the properties are next to each other. We believe our customer may have done this on purpose. What are our lien rights in these circumstances?
WashingtonI found two liens that my company filed many years ago (2012 and 2002). They still appear to be attached to the property when searched on the county's assessors page. My understanding is that liens in Washington state expire after 8 months if not enforced. If so, why are these liens still attached to the properties? Do we have any obligation to remove these liens? Can we still enforce them now?

No response or contact form him at all.
He has renters at this address.
He is living in Germany.
WashingtonOur customer gave us the incorrect project info and the prelim notice went to a homeowner rather than the HOA address where the community pool is that we supplied material for. We last supplied material on 6/30/17 and they are refusing to pay roughly 30k. Is it worth attaining legal counsel or have we lost our lien rights based on the incorrect NTO that went out?
