Oklahoma's mechanics lien deadlines are calculated from the last date when labor or materials were furnished to the project. But, simply returning to the site to perform minor corrective, warranty, or punch list work generally won't extend the deadline to lien.
If substantial work that's required under the contract is performed - then that'd serve as the last furnishing date. But, if you've simply gone back to touch things up, the deadline to lien will likely not restart. Levelset discusses that idea in detail, here: I Returned to a Job – Does that Change the Lien Deadlines?
