I'm guessing all lien waivers need to be notarized? Any that I have ever seen needed to be anyway. I just want to verify that as a registered agent for a business in the state of New Hampshire, I also handle all accounts receivable, invoicing, and all other payment forms or issues. I can sign a construction lien waiver on behalf of the company?
