What happens if there are multiple change orders being submitted and considered at the same time and some are approved and others are not and/or approved out of sequence - change order 5 gets approved before change order 2 and change order 3 is denied? These scenarios affect the current contract price, and none of the AIA G701-2017s could be relied upon for an accurate current project value.
