Hello. A builder built a home next door and changed the grade in Saint Louis County, Missouri. There was several damages done to our property due to this change. We are in a lawsuit, and cannot find where to go to get help. The swale was removed and changed the direction of the water that affected our property and the natural water flow. Who would you suggest we get help from? Army Corp of Engineers, Sewer District, as we got zero help from our county. They provided and approved all permits to the owner with an evident change of grade. Any suggestions you could provide would be appreciated. Thank you.
