Congratulations on getting paid. Now that the lien claim has been satisfied, all that's left to do is to file a lien release; also referred to as an "acknowledgement of satisfaction." It should contain essentially all the same information that was included in the lien claim, and be filed in the office of the judge of probate of the county where the lien was filed.
One last thing to note, if you have received a letter requesting the release of the claim, the lien release should be filed within 30 days of receiving such a demand letter. If not, you could be held liable for any actual injuries sustained by the property owner for failing to release the claim after satisfaction.
