Are there mechanics lien release templates for every state, or do you create your own?

There are very few, if not any, state statutes that provide a lien release form. However, there is some general information that should always be included; such as the claimant's information, the property owner's information, the description of the property, and the lien filing information such as the date filed, the county/office it was filed in, and any recording number or book/page number. Additionally, the form will need to comply with the any county recorder requirements such as margin size, font size, etc.
