If you a licensed as a contractor and your contract is with the property owner then you need to file a claim of lien within 90 days of job completion and copy
the owner. If your contract is not with the property owner you need to send a Notice to owner within 45 days of starting work on the job.

Ellie, You will need to get a copy of the bond if it is bonded job. Being funded by the County is not enough, the parcel needs to be owned by the County to
