Sounds like 24 Hour Fitness.  Attorney's in Texas have indicated that under Texas law the lien only attaches to the tenant's interest under this scenario. But
you may be elibile for better treatment as a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy creditor with this lien if the tenant is going to keep the lease. In IL you have a better shot
