Chad T. Orsatti was in born Princeton, New Jersey on August 13, 1972, but has been a member of the Tampa Bay community since 1980. Mr. Orsatti
graduated from Elon University in 1994, majoring in political science with a minor in business administration. He received his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac
University School of Law in 1998 while also earning credits toward his degree at Stetson University College and at the Trinity University in Dublin, Ireland. In
2002, Mr. Orsatti graduated summa cum laude from the University of Phoenix with a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on finance.
