As compared to other customers the payment process for W.L Butler is seamless, user friendly and innovative. Great platform.
Their contracts allow for a small 3% discount for quick payment within 2 weeks. Just completed our second project with Butler and had zero issues with their AP department, with retention even paid within 2 weeks. Will continue to do work for them without hesitation.
Can't comment on the offices in Redwood City, CA and Livermore, CA but the office in Irvine, CA is an excellent payer, can't rate this GC more highly when it comes to paying their billings. A+++++
Pay pretty fast but take discounts of doing so in their contracts.
