Tappan Zee Constructors LLC (TZC), comprised of Fluor Enterprises, Inc., American Bridge Company, Granite Construction Northeast, Inc., and Traylor Bros., Inc., formed a joint venture that combines local, national, and international experience to design and construct the New NY Bridge. TZC received an executed contract and a notice to proceed (NTP) in January 2013. The project is currently underway, and the team has established offices in Tarrytown, New York. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2018.
