How would you describe their payment process, speed, and policy?
In an industry where Most GC's are "Pay when Paid", it can be difficult for some to differentiate between a GC being slow to pay, versus an Owner being slow to pay. Stout has ALWAYS been very prompt to pay our invoices, and is great at communicating anything that may slow down that payment.
