Molinar Property Group

Been on a couple of jobs now with them now and I’ve been paid fully as well as other contractors but there were times where those contractors weren’t doing their job or wouldn’t own up to their mistakes. Pay can be slow with the GC or the Owners there’s no in between but I haven’t had an issue with the GC.

I talked on the phone with one of the employees the other day . He was responsive and nice. We worked something out

Were told that management changed. I'm guessing things were a little unorganized before.. Seems to have gotten better. The boss was nice and easy to work with.

There was some miscommunication but it has improved!

There was a mistake on my pay. I contacted the owner and check was corrected a few days later

I got in contact w this GC on a payment mistake. The mistake was fixed not too long afterwards

I enjoyed working with Molinar Property Group on projects. Their staff is very understanding and professional. Our company never had a problem getting payment on any of the projects. Look forward to working with them again.

Small GC. Payment process and payment time acceptable. Good solid work was provided.

Payment process wasn't too bad. Follow directions and get paid. Not hard. I hope we get to do more business with Molinar.
