ICS saved us from the nightmare of two other contractors who were “stereotypical” sales type people. Losing all faith in any chance of finding an honest and decent company, I was referred to ICS by a homeowner we knew. I got to see the work, and I was assuming that this company would most likely be far out of my financial capacity-especially after the prior two contractors had been paid, ruined things in my home, and I knew they would have to be totally repaired. To quickly put it, after meeting, estimate, and all agreed on, they commenced my home and prioritized an issue I needed done so quickly. I’ve never left a review for them before, but this site just popped up as suggested on google. And I just wanted to share how much these people and company meant to myself and family. Following completion, appraisal validated our conviction about the quality and contractor we chose. Our estimate never waivered with the exception of we added to it. No dishonest or illegitimate charge or work was ever done. Regarding ANY issue or change that would be necessary to ensure home proper inspection passing etc, was never initiated prior to Andres (contrctor) reaching us, and not just speaking to us to give us details of any change or something needed,… he truly wanted us to meet to show and present us the issue, then go through options. It’s beneficial to have a licensed and insured company! They knew everything we ever asked. The money paid to ICS was , and categorically and explicitly applicable. To boot, ethically and logically priced. They’ve now done several more homes in the area, and furthermore, have and are even able to do homes on the water-which in my opinion-is the hardest type to truly get right.
