Hunter Pasteur has poor business practices and leave their properties incomplete and unsafe. They take your money upfront and certificate of occupancy and run. If you complain they ignore you until you get tired and go away. If you buy from them get an outside third party inspection of your property before you close on your unit. Don’t let them intimidate you and tell you something isn’t allowed. Don’t trust them. They don’t know the laws or will knowingly misguide you. Report issues to your local governing building agency ASAP and don’t move in until you do so. I recommend individuals or associations for the complexes hire a lawyer specializing in property law and get legal advice before they close or sell all units in a complex.
