Sub-contractors are paid weekly on Fridays via direct deposit, one week in arrears for all approved work.Example: Work performed 11/27/21 – 12/3/21 will be paid on 12/13/21Work will be eligible for payment when completed in full and visually inspected on site and approved by the Project Manager.No labor tasks related to city inspections will be paid out until the inspection passes, a green tag is received and uploaded to the Project, unless otherwise specified on the Work Order.
