Very simple and easy

They have gone over 60 days out a few times, but they have always paid their bills. I have been doing work for Deacon for about 3 years.

So far Deacon has been one of most prompt paying customers. We have never had to come close to a lien.

Deacon, is no different than any other contractor that I have work for. The reason they are slow paid is because the owner are not paining the contractor and this sucks
