It is best advised to secure your lien rights on any project you take with cs energy. The project managers will tell you the payment is mailed and you will wait weeks for it to arrive. Slow to pay the people doing the work and nothing but excuses not to pay.

Slow pay on all invoices and withholding last pay app and retainage.

Payment received 12 days late. Payment was short paid because customer retained double the amount than what was agreed in contract. Our DOO & Contracts Manager had to review and remind the customer of contractractual payment agreements while also mentioning we had preliminary notices on file for project before customer actually confirmed back of another payment. Invoices went 21 days past due before receiving payment in full.
