How would you describe their payment process, speed, and policy?
They worked with my insurance company directly. My only out of pocket expense was my deductible. The claims process took a while but it wasn't their fault.
We had a great experience. They helped us at a very stressful time. I was lost in the insurance process. The owner came to meet with our insurance adjuster and pretty much held our hand from that point on.
They made this process so easy for me. The inspector Adam was so nice and explained the entire process for me. He alwasys answers his phone and the company as a whole goes above and beyond to help us out in our time of need .
They were fast and sufficient and have fair prices....I would go thru them again for sure.
Excellent. The previous two reviews were written by Gulf County good 'ole boys. They are notorious with the locals. One is a customer who doesn't pay his bills and the other is a former sub contractor who hustles and scams. Please see our A- Better Business rating.
