When filing a prelim notice in Utah what if the Contracted by and Services Furnished by names on the prelim notice got accidently switched when it was filed.

We are the GC of a project in UT of which a sub's sub was not paid and has filed a lien. Sub has been paid in full. We have obtained a bond to bond around
this lien and now need to submit it to be recorded. Is this something Levelset can do on our behalf or what is the process of getting this recorded?
