Last date of labor provided at site was 6/12/2020. An amount of $12,067 is still pending to be paid out of a total of $26,057. Sent a 'Notice of Intent to File a Lien' on 10/8/2020 through Levelset. No agreeable conclusion was reached with the Client. Want to file the Lien now. Levelset says it needs to be done through a Lawyer in MD. Deadline is 12/9/2020. Will you file the Lien for us?
