I'm the owner of a Church building PROJECT. Why I'm I paying a 5% fee on Stored Materials on my site????? Just trying to understand if this Contractor Fee is standard or even business class. Thanks for your help.

In VA it will come down to the contract terms that will set the fee. 5% is not out of line with the norm though.
