I work as administrator for my husband's general construction business. I started the process to put lien in a property. Followed the steps as to send first after 20 days the letter of intent to lien via certified mail, waited 20 more days to send to county clerk for recording the claim of mechanics lien form filled and the proof of service form filled as well. I received all back, requesting to send the missing "notice of mechanic's lien" to be able to proceed. My question is, what am I missing exactly if I sent the claim for mechanics lien, what is the notice of mechanics lien I being asked to send.
