having a new house built on property i purchased. took out va loan. house burned down 2 days ago. i had no builders risk insurance because va lender say it is builder who has carry it through construction phase. builder now tells me he is not liable? fire under investigation but builder tells me he has no insurance it was my responsibility. i have 400,000 invested in this. can you help me out what i should do
