I worked on a property in Atlanta Georgia, they never paid, always made promises. The apartment complex eventually sold without my knowledge and I filed a lien within a good time frame and now awaitinga court date for a small claims. The new management and or owner refuses to pay. I was told they should assume all liability and they go after the previous owner. However, property records show a sale but no new ownership or ownership name. It still have the previous owner on file and the county verified the information. The Judge just set us up for mediation. What should I do and are the new management responsible for the bill
