Who is the contractor on a NOC question #4 to obtain a building permit for a shed?

I am placing a 10 x 14 shed in my backyard and don't know how to answer question #4 on the NOC in order to obtain a permit. The shed will not be built on my property so who is the contractor..... the shed company delivering the shed or me the homeowner?

The contractor is generally going to be the company performing the work and/or pulling the permit. If you are pulling a homeowner permit, you may be able to put yourself. You may want to contact the company that will be installing the shed to ask them.
