Sold the job to the a women and her father in law. I learned later that the father in law does not live at the residence anymore. When it was time for payment I was given a partial payment and told to come back next month. It is now time to collect in full and I am not getting any response from either of them. I know the home is in the father in laws name. Can I address both of the parties involved or just the father in law??
