I have provided engineering services for a real estate development company that is headquartered in New York City; however performed work at their Lancaster, PA location for a construction project that is located in New Jersey. This client has not paid their invoice. How can I get paid and where should I file the lien?
You can file the lien in the county court clerk where you the project was to be.
